Hey lovelies! Today I thought I’d share with you my current skincare favourites that I have been using for the past few weeks and genuinely loving! 🙂
So, let’s get straight into this!
Product number one is…. the Sanctuary Foaming Micellar Cleansing Water; it’s currently £10.00 in Superdrug – click here to purchase!
Before this, I was using the Simple Micellar Water and I did genuinely like it but if you have some extra money then you should definitely consider the Sanctuary product as it’s such fun to use. It comes out as a foam and when you press it gently onto the skin it immediately starts to dissolve – and this is how it removes make-up. I found it quicker to remove my make-up using this than the Simple water. Plus, it leaves my skin feeling soft and clean.
The product contains ‘soothing rose water’ and ‘nourishing argan oil’ which are combined with micelles to act as a magnet to remove make-up.
I’ve used the sheet mask twice but have already noticed a difference with my skin! I normally suffer with some dry patches on my chin and cheeks but since using this mask my skin’s been more hydrated and those problematic dry patches have almost gone!! This mask is one I recommend to everyone now – especially those with dry/dehydrated skin. You place the sheet on the face and leave it on for 10/15 mins before removing and massaging in the excess moisture.
The e.l.f primer contains Salicylic Acid – which helps to get rid of spots and I honestly think it’s working. I’ve been using this primer everyday for the past three weeks and the minor acne that had started to take over is now nearly gone – of course, the other skincare products could be helping with this too. But as a primer it works well under my foundation and smooths the skin for easy application.
The final product is The Body Shop’s Mango Whipped Lotion (click here to purchase!)
Okay, so, THE SMELL!! My word, it smells so amazing – I literally find myself sat sniffing it because it just smells that good! ❤
As for how it is as a lotion, it definitely helps with the itching after shaving – which is when I mainly use it; it’s great as a soothing lotion but I’ve yet to notice a difference with how soft my skin feels using it but I’ll keep you updated with that. Honestly though, just buy it for the smell! Haha~!
Thank you so much for taking the time to view and drop a like/comment – it honestly means so much to me! I hope you’re also having a lovely and safe day/night~!
